Fried Potatoes with Coriander (Cilantro) March 9, 2008

For 4 persons

Ingredients:

  • 6 big potatoes, peel, chop
  • 100 gr porkmeat, chop in little cubic
  • 1 Green paprika, chop in little cubic
  • 2 tbsp fine chopped scallions
  • 4 tbsp fine chopped coriander (Cilantro)
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Sugar, Oil

Directions:

  1. Cook the Potatoes for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Preheat some oil in Frying pan or Wok and fry the potato until they are brown all over and crispy. Take them out from the pan and put them aside. 
  3. Preheat 1 tbsp oil in the pan and fry the meat, paprika and scallions for 2 minutes. Give them salt, pepper and little bit sugar and fry it for another 1 minute.
  4. Give the potatoes into the pan and mix them well. Fry it for 2-3 minutes and mix the coriander together. The potatoes ist ready to served.
